Hi my name is Marie and I am the Project Manager of MEAM and StreetReach. I have 13-years’ experience of working with vulnerable adults in the community with substance misuse issues, mental health, offending back ground and homelessness. My role as a Manager is the overall operational responsibility for the successful delivery of all of the CIC's projects, monitoring the progress and outcomes achieved by our services. Using my expert knowledge to develop and tailor the service to meet the needs of the cohort. I have excellent communication skills and have built strong working relationship with staff and organisations. My job is very rewarding and challenging however I love working in this sector helping adults to change their lives and have a much better future.
HI I’m Barbara, I currently do sessional work with the MEAM project in Burnley and Blackburn. I have been working with vulnerable adults for 11-months and started whilst doing my Health and Social Degree. As part of my job role I support people in many different areas, ranging from homelessness, substance misuse and mental health. I also signpost service users to different agencies, whilst supporting other staff members within the MEAM delivery team.
